7 Children's Books to Help with Anxiety, ADHD, Autism, and More

My life mission as an author and a mom is to connect other parents and kids with fun and useful books that address some of childhood's most pressing needs.

I asked two children's therapists what books they recommend for kids with anxiety difficulties, which can overlap with General Anxiety Disorder, ADHD, Autism, and other neurodiversities.

In our home, we celebrate neurodiversity! We make the world a better place by being unique ourselves.

However, when it comes to anxiety, I know how difficult that can be on bodies large and small. So, with childhood anxiety struggles at an all-time high, I wanted to share some supportive books. I'd love to hear if you have used any of these! Some I had read, and some are new purchases for me!

Thank you to all authors who help support kids in the Social Emotional Learning (SEL) space with your books.
